Today, Two Days from Now, or Yesterday:

Although we'd like for you to come to your own conclusions while you listen to this album, we'd also like to express some ways we hear it.

It's about communication. Playing in a duo setting gives us the ease to do that - the possibilities seem endless with just two voices.

It's about a musical friendship. We've been playing together in different musical outfits for about 5 years. We get together from time to time, play through new and old songs, practice ideas that we've learned through our own lessons, and often drink tea and listen to music. It's kinda like a musical show and tell - a push to hear and find something new each time we play.

It's about these songs. We like these tunes, don't you? They also challenge us to get better as musicians through different harmonic structures, odd meters, and arrangements inspired by other composers.

The last four tracks are free improvisations and can be thought of as a bonus EP. Spontaneous composition is a large part of what we love to do, as well.
